Three ways to work with me.
01 / Advisory call
30-60 min Advisory Call.
A direct call on a specific question.
Best for: Founders, operators and investors who have a question that deserves a real answer from someone who has worked the actual playbook. Often the right starting point for a longer relationship.
Format: A single call, 30 or 60 minutes. Pre-read optional. Written follow-up note on request.
Typical use cases:
- “We’re considering this state. Talk it through with me.”
- “Here’s my pack ladder. What would you change?”
- “Our zone has stalled. Where would you look first?”
- “This is the thesis. Pressure-test it.”
02 / Investor briefing
Investor Industry Briefing.
A 90-minute structured briefing for a fund or IC.
Best for: Investors and family offices working through a thesis, a category or a target. Public-market analysts going deep on Indian beverages or FMCG. Corporate development teams looking at adjacent expansion.
Format: A 90-minute live session for the investment team or IC, with a short pre-read and a written follow-up note. Tailored to your question. Can run as a single session or a small series.
Typical use cases:
- A category primer before an offsite or LP meeting.
- A thesis pressure-test before a deal goes to IC.
- A practitioner read on a specific channel — modern trade, GT depth, HORECA, e-commerce — for a portfolio decision.
03 / Growth Sprint
Growth Strategy Sprint.
A 2-4 week diagnostic engagement. Output is a Readiness Index™ scored on the Six Rights of Readiness™.
Best for: Founders and operators who want a clean, independent diagnosis on a brand, category or zone before they commit a fix. Funds running a post-investment readiness assessment on a portfolio company.
Format: Defined upfront — scope, geography, channels, timeline. Mix of field visits, route audits, cooler audits, outlet sampling, distributor and trade conversations, and category data. Output is a written document a Sales Head or Founder can put on a wall on Monday.
What you get:
- A Readiness Index™ — scores across the six dimensions, narrative behind each.
- A prioritised intervention plan — the two or three Rights where unlocking readiness will move the most volume in the next two quarters.
- A read-out session with the leadership team.
